Even during a pandemic when all events were virtual, Ramsey and her team still wanted to make their sponsors feel special and knew that Quantum Graphics design, manufacturing and fulfillment teams could help fulfill that mission.
“Without access to our building, we needed additional help kitting and sending out the gifts during the 2020/2021 season, and Quantum was able to provide that additional assistance to make sure our partners were taken care of all season long. They were so responsive, collaborative and communicative, and I fully trust them.”
So, when the team wanted to get a gift box out in time for the annual rookie draft, Ramsey knew exactly who to call.
“The 2020 draft was held virtually because of the pandemic, but we still needed to get swag to those players we were drafting,” Ramsey said. “Quantum didn’t miss a beat although we only gave them four days’ notice.”
It’s not that Ramsey asks Quantum to pull out all the stops on such short notice often, but she knows she can because they’ll provide the level of commitment and service she needs.
